As much responsibility of the citizen towards the State and the consequent performance of its role to the actual rights and duties, contributes to the measure of his personality to the COUNTRY, either to be a tool capable of contributing to the development of the country or destructive tool to satisfy the sole purpose of selfish personal needs lead to the marginalization of the role of the community.

 

The benefits of citizenship education it strengthens the value of cooperation and social cohesion through the behavior of each age group daily WORK. the value of patriotism with the passage of time and concerted effort, which makes the exercise of citizenship is normally within the conscience, which we call the jealousy of the nation, IT FORMS solid ground for organized civil society taking into account the laws and it belongs to all citizens, promotion.

 

One of God's blessings on KuwaiT THAT We live in KuwaitAND we breathe ITS every day and hope to become an ever-columns from each other to carry the name of a new civilization and the civilization of Kuwait will have the upper hand, not lower in all areas

WE have a lot of citizens and residents of the righteous, we have not been able to identify them because their success in achieving and implementing the concept of citizenship was not dependent on its borders up to others to lack of or inadequate or even discourage, THEY deserve support and encouragement, knowing that they have crossed the local issues and made their way THROUGH dedicated and hard  WORKand we had to encourage and honor to learn the lesson of others with them.

The value of the components of the prize

• The award is granted to those who received the highest percentage recognition with the nomination form prepared by the management of the Commission, if two candidates are equal, including the award should be divided equally.

Terms of Nomination:


1 - Every citizen has the Kuwaiti nationality.

2 - for residents on the territory of Kuwait for a period of not less than 5 consecutive years

3 - not required for candidates to any sanctions  against the honor and the Secretariat of all kinds and that there was any kind of investigation at the time the award depends nomination until next year.


4 - the lack of any traffic violations or penalties trading homeworkers and employment of all kinds.
5 - the requirement of good behavior for a period of not less than the previous 10 years previously.

6 - good reputation and a balanced personality is a prerequisite when you subscribe to the prize.

Evaluation of the Award:

When
  begin THE arbitration BEGINS and selection of the winners of the Kuwait Prize for the citizen of the most important points that must be taken into account by management of the prize are:

 
1 - not exposed to any of the constants of the Islamic religion explicitly or implicitly.
2 - not to be sectarian, tribal and religious personnel of all categories because the Kuwaitis and their assets are united in the interest of Kuwait.
3 - Ensure the application of all laws of the State of Kuwait and respect of all kinds.

The actual assessment takes several stages of the screening forms and curricula vitae of the candidates and take the best ones and then make sure the data in detail in cooperation with the Ministry of the Interior, Justice and Education to verify the types of infractions, issues and diplomas.

Note: The Jury have the right to request documents required for each candidate to ensure their LEGAL STANDING and have the right to call the candidates and interviewed by the evaluation, if necessary.

In order to manage the award of further follow-up projects and studies on issues of concern to the Kuwaiti society in various fields such as studies on the reform of the Kuwaiti environment and development issues, they devoted a section of the award interest projects and studies to discover the best researchers and interest in their work and reward, because they offer these projects to serve the community.
Method of valuation of projects and studies starting from the idea of the project - and its presentation and then methods of implementation and what are the services provided by this project and originality of idea and the approach that has been the research and writing for this project.
